Who are these Tours for?

Everyone.  Our bicycles are comfortable and adjustable to any person regardless of their age or height.  For children we have bicycles adapted to their size.  We also have tandem bikes available.  Absolutely everyone can enjoy our Tours.  Feel free to contact us for further details.

Is it safe?

Of course!  Our tours are carefully planned according to bicycle lanes, easily-bike-able parks, and a few one-way streets with little or no traffic.  You need not worry while you pedal with us.

Where should I go to do a Tour?

Whichever Tour you choose, you need only to be in front of the “Torre del Oro”, one of the most famous monuments of Seville, at the given time.  Our guides will be there waiting with a large sign that says “Sevilla Bike Tour”.  These guides will then accompany you to our shop.  If you do not know how to reach the Torre del Oro from your Hotel, please contact us and we will show you the way.

Do we enter the museums and monuments?

There is not time sufficient for entering the museums and monuments during our Tour, but we will provide you with ample information so that you can decide later which sites you are most interested in visiting on your own.  We will supply you with information concerning visiting hours, guided visits, ticket sales, etc.  You can also do a Private Tour with us.  For more information, see “Private Tours”

Do we have to make a reservation?

No, it is not necessary to make a reservation, you only need to choose the day and arrive at the appointed time.  However, if you are a large group, or need special accessories or equipment, it is recommended that you contact us beforehand.

What happens if I have to cancel?

If you have made a reservation, we will return your deposit 100% in full, necessary only that you contact us at least 72 hours before the start of the Tour.  Within the space of 72 hours before the Tour the ticket will not be returned.


Will the Tour be cancelled in case of rain?

Although highly unlikely, it is possible that it rains the day you choose to do a Tour with us.  In this case you can choose to do the Tour with our equipment for rain, or change to another day. If you prefer the ticket to be returned, we will return your money.
